Tracy Wyant brings exceptional leadership and executive management experience to our real estate organization, having overseen a 70-person division and managed an $11 million annual budget. His extensive background in project management, human resources, negotiations, and financial planning directly enhances our ability to serve clients with precision, professionalism, and care.
Tracy has also worked as a consultant to large, internationally operating organizations with multi-million-dollar budgets—experience that translates into strategic thinking and high-level service for our real estate clients.
Recognized across Utah and nationwide as an innovator and results-driven leader, Tracy has consistently introduced new systems, technologies, and operational models that deliver measurable success. Tracy holds a Bachelor of Science in Administration from Columbia College. Outside of work, he is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys bird dogs, fishing, and spending time in nature.
