Mario Quintero began his real estate journey in 2005, when he first earned his license as a sales agent. He launched his career with a top-producing international brokerage, where his commitment to clients and strong work ethic quickly set him apart. In his very first year, Mario closed 55 transactions — earning Rookie of the Year and several awards for exceptional sales performance.
After a decade of success in a large corporate setting, Mario felt called to create something more personal — a company built around genuine relationships and individual attention. In 2015, he obtained his broker’s license and founded City Lights Real Estate, a boutique brokerage dedicated to providing clients with the kind of thoughtful, one-on-one service that larger firms often can’t offer.
Mario holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Columbia College and an Executive MBA from the University of Utah. He’s also a proud U.S. Army veteran — an experience that shaped his values of integrity, discipline, and commitment to service.
In addition to leading City Lights Real Estate, Mario is the Principal Lending Manager of The Loan Lab, the firm’s sister company. Being dually licensed in both real estate and mortgage lending allows him to guide his clients through every aspect of the buying and selling process — from property search to financing — with a well-rounded and informed perspective.
