      member of Sandicor (San Diego's MLS).
      This is the same exact service that we as agents use and is the most up-to-date and accurate service.
Almost every other service that you can personally access on the internet, make their money by selling your email address, or will show you only the properties where an agent has paid them an additional fee to display their listing.

This service is paid through the agent's annual MLS membership fee, and we are forbidden from giving out ANY information that you provide, without your specific consent!

By providing the following information, I will create your own personalized MLS website.  Once created, you will have access to all the listings (addresses included) that match your specific criteria.  Your personalized website will allow you to mark properties as "Favorites", "Possibles" or you can remove the properties that you have no interest in.

To access your personalized MLS website, you will be sent an email notification whenever a property comes on the market that matches your criteria.   At the bottom of the email notification, you will see a link "Client Gateway". 
This link will take you directly to your website.
