North County for more than twenty five years.
Prior to Real Estate sales,
I had 12 years experience in Real Estate technology and 10 years as a
professional photographer.
Having been self-employed my entire adult life, marketing is just second
nature to me.
Using my experience in marketing, technology and photography, I am able to
provide my clients with the highest quality photography, virtual tours and
web-presence, regardless of the price range of their home.
This may be why my “On-Market” time is so extremely low.

From my high-resolution virtual tours to my eye-catching flyers, almost all
of my marketing materials are created “In-House” for total control and the
fastest possible turn-around times.
I am so sure of my
marketing plan, that I offer something that completely eliminates the
guesswork for any of my potential clients.
I will completely photograph my potential client’s home (including night
shots), produce a high-resolution virtual tour, a custom web page, and
several flyers to choose from, all BEFORE signing a listing agreement.
With my knowledge of the
marketplace I am able to bring my buyers the best possible options as a
result of my research and continually previewing the new listings as they
come on the market.
Providing up to date comparisons and property profiles to my clients is the
key to my clients making an informed decision when purchasing their new
home.
Once my clients decide to make an offer, my negotiating skills go to work to
get them the best possible price on their purchase.
